Refunds are not typically provided once a report has been delivered or a consultation has been completed, as considerable time and effort are invested in preparing these services. If there is a significant error in your report or if the consultation service was not provided as described, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Report Error:

If you receive a report with significant errors due to incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong birth date), Anniiee.com is not obligated to offer a refund. However, we may offer to correct the report at no additional charge if notified within 48 hours of delivery. If the error is due to an oversight on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of report delivery, and we will provide a corrected report or a refund at our discretion.

Service Not Rendered:

If you have scheduled a consultation and the Service Provider, Anniiee Takkar, fails to provide the service at the scheduled time without prior notice or a reasonable explanation, you are entitled to reschedule or request a full refund.

If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 12 hours before the appointment, you are entitled to a refund minus a cancellation fee, if applicable.

Cancellation Fee:

A cancellation fee may be applied to cover the costs of the time allocated for the scheduled service. The fee amount will be specified at the time of booking.

Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact admin@anniiee.com with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service delivery date. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

Processing Time:

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the request. The funds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on the payment provider.
